NUHONEB was founded to restore hope and rebuild lives in Northern Uganda.
Years of conflict, trauma, and displacement left deep scars on families and communities —
especially women and girls. We started this journey to bring healing, safety, and dignity back
to the people of Northern Uganda.

A mentally healthy, peaceful, and empowered Northern Uganda where women, girls, and families live with dignity, free from trauma, violence, and poverty.

To restore hope and rebuild lives in Northern Uganda by creating awareness on mental health, addressing trauma, reducing gender-based violence, and empowering women through innovation and research.
